Consortium Manager – Port-au-Prince

About the role

Acted is seeking a Consortium Manager to lead the coordination of its multi‑partner project in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti. The role ensures that consortium activities are implemented in line with the approved proposal, donor regulations and the organisation’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among consortium partners.
• Oversee project planning, implementation, monitoring and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with donor and governmental requirements, including documentation and reporting.
• Manage grant administration and financial tracking.
• Represent the consortium in external meetings and stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field‑based project implementation experience, preferably in an international humanitarian or development context.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and drafting abilities.
• Familiarity with aid systems and donor regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
