About the role

As a Human-AI Interaction & UX Specialist you will shape how AI systems converse with users, turning them from simple tools into trusted partners. Working remotely within TELUS Digital’s global AI community, you will evaluate and refine multi‑turn dialogues, ensuring they are clear, empathetic, and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conversational UX audits to verify state‑keeping, reduce cognitive load, and deliver concise answers.
• Analyze trust calibration, identifying over‑confident or overly cautious AI responses and adjusting the model accordingly.
• Develop and test distinct AI personas (e.g., Empathetic Counselor, Objective Analyst) to align tone with industry needs.
• Assess accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring the AI handles diverse speech patterns, dialects, and accessibility requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
• Native‑level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language and at least B1 English for global collaboration.
• Successful completion of a subject‑specific qualification exam and identity verification.
