Polygrapher for Enhanced Vetting in Haiti

About the role

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking experienced polygraph professionals to support enhanced vetting and polygraph operations for Haitian National Police (HNP) candidates. The position is based in Port‑au‑Prince with possible missions to Cap‑Haitien and Les Cayes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct polygraph examinations and assist the Lead Polygrapher in vetting HNP candidates.
• Utilize simultaneous interpretation services when needed, with interpreters provided by the contractor.
• Prepare and submit post‑deployment reports, including biodata, assessment summaries, and pass/fail recommendations.
• Support identity verification measures such as photographic identification during training courses.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited polygraphing and vetting program (APA, NCCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of experience with international polygraph programs, preferably in the Caribbean or Latin America.
• Completed at least 200 NCCA‑accredited LEPET polygraph exams.
• Fluent in English; French or Haitian Creole preferred.
• Clear MRPT eligibility or favorable interim MRPT status.
