Calculate and monitor vessel charter and lease revenues based on operational performance, on‑hire/off‑hire periods and vessel activity data. Prepare, review and control invoices and supporting financial documents related to vessel operations, charter/lease arrangements and transportation services. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances and reconcile discrepancies with customers and business partners. Produce management reports covering vessel revenue, operational performance, receivables and outstanding balances for senior decision‑making. Maintain and analyze financial and operational data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions, Power Query and accounting systems, coordinating settlements with over 120 travel agencies.
