Client Services Associate – Crypto & OTC Trading

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Client Services Associate to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency client. This remote, client‑facing position focuses on delivering a white‑glove experience for over‑the‑counter (OTC) crypto trades, supporting both new and experienced investors.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and conduct outbound outreach to promote services.
• Execute crypto trades via bank wire and ACH transfers, guiding clients through each step.
• Apply company compliance policies and SOPs to ensure accurate, regulated operations.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to flag and report suspicious activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on platform basics, wallet usage, and cryptocurrency offerings.
• Track quarterly performance metrics such as call quality, registration ratios, and average trades per client.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and fintech concepts.
• Strong organizational discipline to follow regulated procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and AML compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for client research and productivity.
