Ecommerce Paid Media Manager

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a senior Ecommerce Paid Media Manager to lead a full‑funnel growth engine for a fast‑growing jewelry and retail brand. The role combines paid advertising with email and SMS lifecycle marketing, treating both channels as equal drivers of acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads across prospecting, retargeting and retention phases.
• Manage seven‑figure annual ad budgets, overseeing bidding, audience segmentation and creative testing.
• Track and reconcile performance across online and in‑store sales to deliver an omnichannel ROAS view.
• Own reporting using Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar attribution platforms and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate on creative assets, using Canva to produce or direct mock‑ups.
• Monitor competitor activity, platform updates and industry trends.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end email and SMS strategies in Klaviyo, including automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post‑purchase, loyalty, etc.).
• Design segmentation strategies and test subject lines, send times and content to improve engagement and revenue.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing full‑funnel paid media for ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to handle large ad spends and deliver profitable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution and omnichannel reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with lifecycle email/SMS marketing and automation.
