About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Lead / Consultant to design and execute a go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for entering the Haitian market. This is a remote, high‑impact role focused on navigating a high‑risk, high‑context environment where standard playbooks do not apply.
Key responsibilities
- Research Haitian market dynamics, risk factors, distribution and logistics constraints, and cultural nuances.
- Design a tailored GTM strategy that addresses local challenges and opportunities.
- Develop brand positioning and market entry concepts that complement the core GTM plan.
- Collaborate with local partners or contacts to validate assumptions and support implementation.
- Assist in the launch of consumer or B2C brands in politically or economically unstable regions.
Required profile
- Proven experience launching consumer or B2C brands in unstable or emerging markets.
- Existing on‑the‑ground contacts, local network, or deep market knowledge of Haiti or comparable markets.
- Strong ability to translate research into actionable GTM recommendations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
