Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical or order‑related problems.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Reliable laptop/desktop (i5 or better), high‑speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
