Resident Assistant, Memory Care – Part-Time

About the role

Join a supportive memory‑care community as a Resident Assistant, providing essential daily‑living assistance to senior residents on a part‑time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, and personal environment upkeep.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, dining areas, and other departments.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, resident or visitor requests, and address environmental hazards safely.
• Review and follow resident care plans, including taking vital signs as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• All state educational requirements for the position met.
• Preferred experience working with an elderly or memory‑care population.
• Calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor.

Required skills

• CPR certification (preferred).
