Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

Lufa Farms is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive its Product 2.0 vision. You will act as a full‑stack Product Owner, turning business needs into AI‑powered, end‑to‑end automated solutions that improve the company’s online marketplace and overall food system.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into automated solutions rather than simple feature specs.
• Leverage generative AI tools to prototype, validate, and ship solutions autonomously when it accelerates outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap from discovery through delivery and impact measurement.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and business teams to identify processes ripe for automation.
• Write clear requirements and directly work on data flows using no‑code/low‑code tools when they provide the fastest value.
• Measure the impact of shipped solutions and iterate quickly.
• Help shape the Product 2.0 culture and up‑skill the team on AI‑driven approaches.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a technical background (software engineering, data, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools and AI‑powered workflows (LLMs, agents, automation).
• Ability to read, write, or modify SQL; experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Proven track record of turning complex business needs into measurable technical solutions.

• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Strategic mindset linking product decisions to long‑term business outcomes.
