About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, professional assistance to customers in both French and English through chat and email.
• Address questions related to orders, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate, step‑by‑step solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication abilities.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
