About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support platform.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
