Grants and Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Grants and Partnerships Coordinator to support its renewed operations in Haiti. The IRC, founded in 1933, works in more than 40 countries to restore health, safety, education and economic wellbeing for people affected by conflict and disaster. In Haiti the organization has re‑opened its office in 2023 and is scaling up a partner‑led emergency response in Port‑au‑Prince and surrounding communities. This role will manage a portfolio of grants from multiple donors and develop strong, diverse partnerships with local NGOs to deliver humanitarian assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently and timely manage a portfolio of grants from multiple donors, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and IRC policies.
• Develop, maintain and manage relationships with a diverse set of partners, including local NGOs and community groups, to coordinate program delivery.
