Stock Manager

About the role

Deka Group, a leading FMCG importer in Haiti, is looking for a dedicated Stock Manager to join its team in Pétion-Ville. This full‑time, on‑site position will be responsible for overseeing stock control and inventory management across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels.
• Optimize inventory processes to align with company needs and customer demand.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth supply‑chain activities.
• Track and report on stock movements and discrepancies.
• Implement best practices for stock control and inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Proficiency in stock control and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG or retail sectors is a plus.
