EUM Specialist – Field Monitoring & Evaluation (Port-au-Prince)

About the role

Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced EUM Specialists to conduct field‑based monitoring and evaluation activities across Haiti. The role requires cultural sensitivity, local expertise, and the ability to operate safely in high‑security environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and evaluations in challenging, high‑risk locations.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on export compliance, defense logistics, and asset accountability.
• Assess risks and provide actionable recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
• Coordinate with American, Haitian, and government stakeholders while maintaining respectful communication.
• Operate armored vehicles as required for secure travel throughout the country.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation.
• U.S. citizen or foreign national able to obtain MRPT (if U.S. citizen).
• Fluency in Haitian Creole (French optional) and ability to travel without restriction throughout Haiti.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and independent operational skills.
