Project Manager – Camp Support Services

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of the Camp Support Services contract, ensuring that all cleaning, laundry, and mover/manual operations are delivered to the highest standards. You will act as the primary liaison with the client, overseeing planning, mobilisation, execution and demobilisation while maintaining compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s Responsible Officer and Contracts Manager.
• Direct all project phases – mobilisation, service delivery, and demobilisation – in line with approved Task Orders.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of camp support services as defined in the SOW and KPIs.
• Develop, implement and maintain Quality Control, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Plans.
• Recruit, train and supervise project personnel, including Team Supervisors, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and international standards.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, monthly invoicing and profitability.
• Approve and oversee subcontractors, guaranteeing they meet company standards.
• Prepare and submit Mobilisation Plans, Monthly Progress Reports and Incident Reports on schedule.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with the client and internal teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Management or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar project‑management role.
• Strong knowledge of local labour regulations and international standards (ISO, IEC).

Required skills

• Excellent proficiency with MS Office.
