Remote Phone Survey Enumerator (Haiti)

About the role

60 Decibels is seeking a remote Survey Enumerator to conduct phone interviews with customers and beneficiaries in Haiti. You will join a global research network that gathers impact data for social‑impact and market‑research projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding calls to understand project context and target respondents.
• Conduct phone surveys, ensuring you reach the correct respondents listed on contact sheets.
• Explain survey objectives clearly, answer questions, and achieve daily interview targets.
• Enter respondents’ answers verbatim into the 60dB platform in French, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Provide regular progress updates, flag obstacles, and respond to quality‑check feedback promptly.
• Uphold data privacy and integrity by following all 60dB procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in data collection, market research, or call‑center environments is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; able to work independently and collaborate via email and Slack.
• Comfortable building rapport with respondents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Attention to detail to ensure precise data recording.
