Retail Key Holder – Customer Experience & Operations

About the role

The Key Holder supports store managers in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales. This position blends front‑of‑house interaction with back‑of‑house responsibilities, offering a pathway to store leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and enhance the customer experience across all store areas.
• Achieve clienteling and data‑capture goals to boost sales.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide a welcoming environment.
• Assist with conflict resolution and relay product feedback to management.
• Train new associates on service standards and product knowledge.
• Supervise the sales floor and act as interim manager when needed.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Process returns (excluding employee purchases) and support inventory preparation.
• Participate in merchandising, stock maintenance, and visual presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; multilingual a plus.
• Effective time‑management, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to adapt to changing work demands and make autonomous decisions.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on customer service and sales productivity.
