Supply Chain Officer – Commodity Accounting & Funds

About the role

The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Supply Chain Officer specialized in commodity accounting and funds management to join its logistics team in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, the officer will contribute to the effective planning, management and oversight of fund utilization related to commodity operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, management and oversight of funds used for commodity activities.
• Perform commodity accounting tasks to ensure accurate tracking of goods and related financial records.
• Collaborate with the logistics team and finance units to maintain compliance with WFP policies.
• Prepare and present reports on fund utilization and commodity movements as required.

Required profile

• Haitian national (position open to Haitian nationals only).

• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or funds management within a humanitarian context.
