Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of services to CTG’s clients in Haiti. Acting as the primary point of contact, the role ensures that operations align with client requirements, contractual obligations, and financial targets while overseeing project execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initial client engagements, clearly presenting CTG’s services and project scope as defined in contracts.
• Maintain alignment between the scope of work, client expectations, and CTG’s service delivery, managing any adjustments proactively.
• Serve as the focal point for clients, building strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Own issue resolution related to service delivery, consultant performance, or client queries.
• Monitor financial performance, managing costs, revenue, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports covering headcount, payroll, DSA amounts, consultant activities, and financial status.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and planning for current and future projects.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and contract issuance for CTG consultants, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Guarantee that all project operations comply with CTG policies, local labor laws, and client requirements.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to internal stakeholders such as the Country Operations Manager and Regional Director.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid mismanagement of resources, client expectations, or deliverables.
• Obtain necessary approvals for any deviations from standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing client accounts and delivering projects.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and local labor regulations.
• Ability to monitor and report on financial performance and project profitability.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity to coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of services.
