Administrative Assistant III

About the role

The Administrative Assistant III provides high‑level administrative support to a large work group or senior leadership within Compassion. The role requires strict confidentiality, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and a commitment to child protection while advancing departmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain confidential records, draft and proofread documents, and manage electronic data entry.
• Schedule major meetings, record minutes, coordinate complex travel, and prepare agendas and itineraries.
• Deliver light manual tasks such as setting up refreshments, arranging chairs, and distributing supplies.
• Create, track, and disseminate data reports for the department.
• Communicate with international staff to ensure accurate information processing and compliance.
• Support program administration, gather and evaluate data, and assist with logistical services.

Required profile

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a Christ‑like attitude in all interactions.
• Strong commitment to child protection, adhering to Compassion’s policies and reporting any concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to serve as an advocate for children’s needs.
