Business Logic Specialist – Intermediate (AI Community)

About the role

Join TELUS Digital AI’s global community as a Business Logic Specialist. You will act as a business mentor for AI models, ensuring that AI‑generated content reflects real‑world business practices and professional tone.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated emails, reports, and strategies for professionalism, politeness, and persuasiveness.
• Fact‑check business recommendations, verify calculations, and confirm adherence to standard business rules.
• Teach AI how to perform routine office tasks such as meeting summarisation, invoice drafting, and project timeline creation.
• Ensure AI respects regional business etiquette, adapting language for different cultures and seniority levels.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience working in an office environment (internship experience counts).
• Proficiency in your primary language and at least B1 level English.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
