Client Support & Operations Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a warm, highly organized Client Support & Operations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for clients in funeral and floral services. This remote, part‑time position (20‑30 hours/week) offers flexible shift options and the chance to grow into a full‑time role.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and texts with professionalism and empathy.
• Guide clients through service options, pricing, contracts and next steps.
• Coordinate funeral service details, floral orders, consultations and related logistics.
• Manage calendars, appointments and scheduling across multiple services.
• Ensure all case‑related tasks, people and details are properly coordinated and completed.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on outstanding requests.
• Create basic visual materials using Canva and leverage digital tools for daily operations.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with a calm, professional tone.
• Fluency in Haitian Creole and/or French (Spanish a plus).
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, operations or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Comfortable handling sensitive, emotionally challenging interactions.
• Good judgment and reasoning when navigating diverse client situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Basic design skills using Canva.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven productivity tools.
