Contracts Management Officer

About the role

The Contracts Management Officer will be based in Port‑au‑Prince within the United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH). Reporting to the Chief of Service Delivery, the role supports the Service Delivery Pillar by overseeing contract management for various UN and partner operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage all contractual aspects of procurement projects, maintaining work programmes and schedules.
• Develop and implement operational plans, SOPs, and initiatives related to contract compliance and performance management.
• Provide procurement support, including input to statements of work, performance standards, KPIs, and technical evaluation criteria.
• Create quality‑assurance plans and conduct contract risk assessments with mitigation measures.
• Develop compliance checklists, monitor contractor performance, and address non‑compliance.
• Coordinate contract close‑outs, document lessons learned, and secure final performance assessments.
• Liaise with UN Secretariat entities, procurement, and headquarters on claims, disputes, warranties, and other contractual remedies.
• Administer the Contract Performance Reporting Tool (CPRT) and Instant Feedback System (IFS), managing user access, maintenance, and data integrity.
• Implement system enhancements, reporting requirements, testing, and related improvements for CPRT and IFS.
• Analyze contractor performance trends and support the preparation of performance monitoring reports.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Chief of Service Delivery.
• Located within the Service Delivery Pillar of UNSOH in Port‑au‑Prince.
