About the role
The Customer Acquisition Specialist will drive the growth of The Hive Careers by attracting new clients across the Caribbean region. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads, optimise conversion funnels, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
- Analyse the customer journey and improve the marketing funnel to maximise acquisition rates.
- Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align strategies and maintain consistent messaging.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage acquisition budgets to allocate resources strategically.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively in a remote team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
