Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Hive Careers is looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new client growth across the Caribbean region. This fully remote, full‑time position works closely with marketing and sales to generate leads, optimise conversion funnels and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events and direct outreach.
• Conduct proactive outreach via email, phone, and social platforms to build relationships and convert leads.
• Analyse and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion, maximising acquisition rates.
• Monitor KPIs related to acquisition efforts and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maintain consistent messaging.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage acquisition budgets strategically to meet targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in B2B customer acquisition, client outreach, sales or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using marketing automation tools.
