Electro Mechanic – Maintenance & Repair Specialist

About the role

CTG is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanic to maintain and repair light vehicles, trucks, generators, and related equipment for its clients and partners in Haiti. The successful candidate will ensure reliable operation of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems through systematic maintenance and timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform major repairs on gearboxes, tires, engines, suspension, steering, air‑conditioning, braking and other systems.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance for mechanical and hydraulic circuits according to technical instructions.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.
• Disassemble, repair or replace defective parts following safety procedures.
• Inspect vehicles, trucks and generators regularly and develop intervention plans.
• Manage parts requests, inventory, receipt, and storage, ensuring accurate documentation in the FMS.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness, tool organization, and proper use of equipment.
• Report stock levels and submit required documentation to supervisors.

Required profile

• Valid national identity card.
• BT or BTS degree in mechanics.
• 5‑9 years of progressive experience in mechanical, electrical, electronics, automotive air‑conditioning, heavy‑truck and generator maintenance.
• Ability to perform welding work.
• Good spoken and written French.
