Forklift Operator – Material Handling (Talent Pool)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for safe material handling, ensuring that incoming and outgoing goods are processed efficiently and stored correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
• Receive, verify, and unload incoming deliveries, reporting any discrepancies.
• Store materials in designated areas and maintain an organized warehouse layout.
• Pick and prepare items for distribution to maintenance teams based on work orders.
• Conduct pre‑operation safety checks and keep equipment logs up to date.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
• Report damaged or defective items and any safety or environmental hazards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic proficiency in English; French or Creole is a plus.
