French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and identify recurring trends.
• Share feedback with product and operations teams to improve processes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
