Fuel Management Associate (G6)

About the role

The Fuel Management Associate supports the strategic and operational management of fuel resources essential for transport, energy production, and multi‑site humanitarian operations in Haiti. Working within the Supply Chain division of the Country Office, the associate reports to the Fuel Management Supervisor and helps ensure that fuel supplies are available, tracked, and used efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fuel procurement, storage, and distribution across multiple sites.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and implementation of fuel management procedures.
• Assist in reporting fuel usage to senior management and donors.
• Collaborate with logistics, transport, and field teams to meet operational needs.

Required profile

• Haitian national (position open only to Haitian citizens).
• Strong interest in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, humanitarian environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
