General Manager – Executive Partnership

About the role

EthoHaiti is seeking a senior leader to oversee its digital ecosystem and premium brand narrative. The General Manager – Executive Partnership will act as the ultimate gatekeeper of the brand while driving global revenue across B2B, B2C, creative, and marketing pillars. This remote, performance‑based partnership focuses on output and operational efficiency rather than traditional hourly wages.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize departmental output using a custom CRM master tracking ledger.
• Drive clean net profit by enforcing strict financial protocols and reviewing paid‑media funnels and budgets.
• Oversee B2B affiliate syndicate, B2C sales & customer service, creative collective, and marketing engine.
• Act as final gatekeeper for digital marketing, reviewing ad creatives and enforcing budget caps and brand‑safety blacklists.
• Ensure seamless inter‑departmental liaison without daily micromanagement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to provide high‑level systemic oversight across cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, remote entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency in English; French and Haitian Creole strongly preferred.
• Strong operational discipline to enforce protocols and protect brand integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with custom CRM systems.
• Understanding of automated print‑on‑demand supply chains.
• Digital marketing knowledge, including ad creative review and budget management.
