Haitian Creole Audio Transcription Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Haitian Creole Audio Transcription Specialist to convert recorded speech into highly accurate, verbatim text. This remote position supports the creation of diverse datasets for AI model development.

Key responsibilities

• Produce verbatim transcripts from single‑speaker and multi‑speaker audio with ≥98% accuracy.
• Timestamp transcript segments with alignment errors under 500 ms.
• Identify and label speakers in conversations involving two to three participants.
• Annotate non‑speech events such as laughter, background noise, interruptions, and unintelligible segments.
• Follow established transcription guidelines and quality standards.
• Deliver completed transcripts within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Haitian Creole.
• Basic or junior experience in audio transcription.
• Ability to capture filler words, repetitions, stutters, false starts, and incomplete thoughts.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to meet quality and timing expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with browser‑based transcription tools.
