About the role
We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of our accommodation facilities. The role involves daily cleaning, waste management, and ensuring that all common areas meet high hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors throughout the accommodation.
- Collect and dispose of trash regularly, following proper procedures.
- Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely to avoid damage.
- Secure the premises after operating hours and monitor electrical appliance usage.
- Report major repairs or additions needed for fixtures and furniture.
- Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and common ablution facilities.
- Stock consumables in common areas, offices, and recreation spaces.
- Maintain personal property of occupants and guests in a safe condition.
- Apply ISO standards and report health, safety, environmental, and food‑safety hazards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years of housekeeping or similar experience.
- Physically fit for remote site work; able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Basic English language skills; knowledge of local language is a plus.
- Ability to complete simple reports such as cleaning logs.
Required skills
- Operating common cleaning equipment and appliances.
- Basic health and safety knowledge.
- HACCP awareness for hygiene compliance.
- Simple report logging.
