HR Manager – FM Projects (Talent Pooling)

About the role

The HR Manager will provide end‑to‑end human resources support for the FM, Minor Engineering and HVAC Works project. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and compliance with Haitian labour legislation and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities: job posting, candidate screening, interviews and offer management.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring complete documentation.
• Administer employee benefits, leave management and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, including KPI setting and performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity, diversity requirements and local labour laws.
• Coordinate training and development activities for all project personnel.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
• Report health, safety, environmental and food safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow and maintain applicable ISO standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• SHRM, CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.
