Inventory Officer – FM (Talent Pooling)

About the role

The Inventory Officer (FM) will be responsible for managing inventory tracking and control on an as‑required basis. This role supports the warehouse team during high‑activity periods, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain up‑to‑date stock records.
• Reconcile discrepancies, report variances and generate stock level reports.
• Coordinate with procurement to trigger stock replenishment.
• Support physical inventory audits and assist team members during peak periods.
• Follow all company policies, ISO standards and health, safety, environmental and food‑safety procedures.
• Report hazards, near‑misses and incidents to maintain a safe workplace.
• Participate in required training sessions and maintain professional conduct.

Required profile

• High School Diploma with relevant experience (minimum) or a Diploma in Inventory Management/Logistics (ideal).
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management (minimum); 3+ years preferred.
• Basic English proficiency; French is a plus.
• Physically fit to work in a warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
