Learning Solutions Coordinator (PEC Consultant)

About the role

The Knowledge and Learning Division seeks a Learning Solutions Coordinator to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of capacity‑building programs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Working closely with a Learning Specialist, you will help translate strategic objectives into effective learning experiences for IDB staff and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proposals, budgets, and presentations for learning projects.
• Create and monitor execution plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
• Participate in designing learning objectives, modular structures, activities, and assessment strategies.
• Support production of resources such as videos, case studies, guides, tests, and rubrics.
• Organize and facilitate online, in‑person, and hybrid workshops.
• Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Document lessons learned and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating learning or training initiatives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accessibility standards.
