Procurement Manager – FM, Minor Engineering & HVAC (Talent Pool)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead all purchasing activities for the FM, Minor Engineering and HVAC works project from the head office in Haiti. You will be responsible for sourcing, vendor selection, purchase order processing and ensuring materials and services are delivered within the required 30‑day supply window.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, preparing RFQs and ITTs as needed.
• Analyze supplier quotations, create comparative analyses and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, track orders and work with logistics to manage shipping and customs clearance.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database and ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Manage procurement documentation, filing systems and support contract administration.
• Monitor vendor performance and report health, safety, environmental and food‑safety incidents.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Fluent English; French preferred.
• Based in Haiti.
