Programme Associate – WASH (G-6) – Fixed Term – Port-au-Prince

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Programme Associate to support the WASH programme in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Working under the Chief WASH, you will provide specialised programme and administrative assistance to ensure effective planning, implementation and monitoring of water, sanitation and hygiene initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project management and coordination of partnership activities.
• Manage data collection, analysis and reporting for programme performance.
• Track budgets, monitor grants and prepare financial reports.
• Support digital innovation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing and dissemination of results.
• Organise capacity‑building events and provide surge support for business continuity.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least 6 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail.
