QHSE Officer – FM (Talent Pooling)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive QHSE Officer to lead quality, health, safety and environmental initiatives for our FM, Minor Engineering and HVAC Works projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO standards, local regulations and client requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and emergency drills.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses and accidents, prepare reports and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness programmes for all project personnel.
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management procedures and maintain all relevant permits, licences and certifications.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities, external auditors and client QHSE representatives.
• Review and approve method statements and risk assessments for work activities.
• Support performance management by setting KPIs, conducting reviews and identifying training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in QHSE or related roles.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification preferred.
• First‑Aid certification.
