About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all hardware, software and network systems run smoothly and support the business with reliable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer a variety of IT systems and technologies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Control, monitor and secure data, network access and backup systems.
• Negotiate and coordinate with third‑party software providers for new solutions and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in information technology.
• Proven ability to solve complex hardware and software problems.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
