About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead, develop and scale our sales team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
- Lead, coach and manage the sales team, ensuring they consistently exceed goals.
- Monitor performance, produce regular reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go‑to‑market strategies.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends.
- Oversee pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
- Recruit, train and onboard new sales team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
