Senior Product Manager – Blockchain Real Estate Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of a blockchain‑powered real‑estate platform. You will shape product vision, align cross‑functional teams, and deliver secure, scalable digital property solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for tokenized real‑estate assets and DeFi integration.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering on smart contracts, wallet integration, tokenization mechanisms, blockchain infrastructure, transaction systems, and KYC/AML workflows.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify PropTech opportunities.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user value.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, design, marketing, sales, and external partners, presenting progress and metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, PropTech, SaaS or blockchain.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
