Site Supervisor – FM (On‑Call Duty Officer)

About the role

The Site Supervisor – FM acts as the on‑call duty officer responsible for rapid emergency response at the facility. You will be available 24/7 to ensure critical issues are addressed within one hour, coordinating crews and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls within a 1‑hour response window.
• Coordinate emergency response crews and site security for access.
• Document all incidents, maintain duty officer logs and records.
• Support team members during peak periods and uphold professional conduct.
• Report health, safety, environmental and food‑safety hazards and near‑misses.
• Follow all company policies, ISO standards and required procedures.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Trade certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Available 24/7 for on‑call duties.
• Valid driver’s license.
