Cleaner

About the role

The Cleaner will ensure a clean, safe and hygienic environment for staff and visitors by performing routine cleaning and disinfection tasks. This position reports to the line manager and contributes to maintaining high standards of hygiene across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Dust desks, sweep floors, mop surfaces and empty trash bins.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks and washbasins daily.
• Monitor and restock cleaning product supplies as needed.
• Clean windows according to the defined schedule.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards, handling cleaning chemicals correctly.
• Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition.
• Report any maintenance or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a cleaning or custodial role.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑safety standards.
