Consortium Manager – Port-au-Prince

About the role

Acted, a humanitarian and development organisation working in Haiti, is recruiting a Consortium Coordinator (Consortium Manager) in Port-au-Prince. The postholder works closely with consortium partners to ensure project implementation follows the approved proposal and the donor's rules and regulations, while coordinating partners, documenting activities and delivering results.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the consortium and its partners
• Coordinate internally and with partners, ensuring effective collaboration
• Manage the project cycle: planning, implementation follow-up and quality control
• Ensure high-quality documentation of project activities and achievement of results
• Manage grant-related matters

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience implementing projects on the field, preferably in an international context
• Strong team player
• Familiarity with the aid system and understanding of donor and governmental requirements
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage staff and project activities
• Ability to work creatively and independently in the field and in the office, and to organise and plan effectively
• Ability to work with culturally diverse groups, travel and work under pressure; knowledge of a local language and/or regional experience is an asset
• Eligibility for an international contract is required

What we offer

• Salary of 2,900 to 3,100 EUR per month before income tax, depending on education and security level, plus a monthly living allowance of 300 USD

• Ramp-up and rest periods every 3 months, flights covered up to 500 USD and a 200 USD allowance
