Control de Inventario en Telecomunicaciones

About the role

The Inventory Control position in the telecommunications department at TEK-COM is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all telecom equipment and materials. You will ensure that stock levels are up‑to‑date, prevent shortages, and support the technical and purchasing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, classify, and register incoming telecom merchandise.
• Control all inventory movements, including entries, exits, and internal transfers.
• Verify the condition of equipment before distribution.
• Coordinate with technical and purchasing teams to guarantee stock availability.
• Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate reports on stock levels, movements, and inventory status.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inventory control, logistics or warehouse management, preferably in telecommunications.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and administrative areas.
• Technical or university education related to telecommunications, logistics, administration or similar fields is a plus.
• Full‑time on‑site availability in Tegucigalpa.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
• Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software.
