Crypto Sales & Client Services Associate

About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a Crypto Sales & Client Services Associate to join a high‑growth fintech client. The position is fully remote and focuses on building and managing relationships with investors who trade over‑the‑counter (OTC) cryptocurrencies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing OTC desk clients, providing advisory support throughout the trading process.
• Identify sales opportunities, onboard clients, and implement strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue per client.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, SMS, and email.
• Guide clients through crypto trades using Bank Wire and ACH transfers, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
• Educate clients on platform usage, cryptocurrency wallets, and the benefits of OTC trading for large investors.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to monitor transactions, file SARs when required, and uphold AML standards.
• Track personal KPIs such as call quality, client registration ratios, and trades per client, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a persuasive, results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and handling high volumes of client interaction.
• Ability to understand and explain complex cryptocurrency concepts to investors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Bank Wire and ACH transfer processes.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets and OTC trading platforms.
• Understanding of AML regulations and SAR filing procedures.
