About the role

Veta Virtual is seeking a motivated Customer Retention Representative to join a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency client. Working 100% remotely, you will engage inactive users by phone and SMS, using consultative selling techniques to reactivate their accounts and generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and targeted SMS follow‑ups to re‑engage inactive customers.
• Analyze transaction history and inactivity windows to prioritize outreach.
• Deliver consultative conversations that highlight platform benefits and address customer concerns.
• Explain products, services, and incentives clearly to both novice and experienced crypto users.
• Handle objections and competing offers with empathy and solution‑focused dialogue.
• Utilize discount codes, promotions, and incentive programs to create urgency.
• Identify trends and revenue opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and interaction records in CRM tools.
