Education, Research & Innovation Expert (Senior/Junior)

About the role

NTU International A/S is assembling a network of qualified Education, Research and Innovation experts to support the EU‑LAC Policy Dialogue Support Facility. The pool will be called upon for assignments during the implementation phase of EU‑funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and analysis on education, research and innovation topics for EU‑LAC initiatives.
• Contribute to the design, monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Deliver deliverables such as reports, policy briefs, and technical notes on a per‑assignment basis.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline or at least three years of proven relevant experience.
• Senior experts: minimum ten years of full‑time, post‑graduate professional experience in education, research or innovation.
• Junior experts: minimum five years of full‑time, post‑graduate professional experience in the same fields.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish at C1/C2 level.
• Experience with EU‑funded projects or other international donor programmes is an asset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and/or Spanish.
