Electro Mechanic – Vehicle & Generator Maintenance

About the role

CTG (Committed To Good) is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanic to maintain and repair light vehicles, trucks, generators, and related equipment for its clients and partners in Haiti. The role involves hands‑on technical work, parts management, and ensuring workshop safety and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform major repairs on gearboxes, tires, engines, suspension, steering, air‑conditioning, braking and other systems.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance for mechanical and hydraulic circuits.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical failures.
• Disassemble and re‑assemble components following safety procedures.
• Inspect vehicles and generators regularly and develop repair intervention plans.
• Request, receive, store and inventory spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the FMS and ensure workshop cleanliness.
• Assist with welding tasks as needed.

Required profile

• National identity card and a clean certificate of good conduct.
• BT or BTS degree in mechanics.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience with light and heavy vehicles, generators and motorcycles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French.
